If you are a Maldivian in Thailand and your Identity Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or expired, we can help renew/replace it. Processing time for renewal or replacement is usually 7 working days. The following documents are required to start the process. 

• Letter addressed to the Embassy requesting the service
• Duly filled ID Card application form
• Digital passport size photo (white background)
• Old Identity Card if available
