The Embassy can provide the following notary services.

• Attest copies of documents issued by state institutions of the Maldives, as true copies of the original.
• Notarise marriage affidavits, confirming “single status”, of Maldivians wishing to marry in Thailand.
• Issue a letter confirming the relationship of a person to a family member
• Issue a letter confirming proof of identity of a Maldivian
• Attest agreements or power of attorneys to confirm that they were signed in the presence of Embassy staff
